2. When unpacking the cardboard box, gently scratch the sealing paper along the packaging material interface with a blade; When disassembling soft packaging materials such as pearl cotton, the movement direction of the cutting edge should be taken away from the direction of the items inside the packaging. It is strictly prohibited to insert the cutting tool into the packaging material and cut open the packaging to avoid damaging the items inside the packaging during the scratching process.

3. After unpacking the packaging, first check if there are any glass or easily sliding parts inside the packaging, and then carefully remove the parts one by one for installation.

Before installation, it is necessary to fully utilize packaging materials to pave the installation site to protect the customer's on-site items from damage.

5. Before installation, confirm the installation sequence of each component of the product according to the installation instructions, and compare and inspect whether the product components, accessories, etc. are complete and have obvious quality defects.

6. During installation, the loading accessories must be complete and cannot be omitted; Excess accessories should be collected, organized, and taken back to the mall for safekeeping. It is prohibited to leave them at the installation site or discard them at will.

When there are wooden zodiac signs in the accessories, all wooden zodiac signs that need to be installed in the furniture must be installed.

8. Remove the installed components. If there are threaded accessories, they should be carefully turned out and forcefully pulled out is strictly prohibited.

Generally speaking, the frame should be installed first, followed by movable components such as drawers; The installation framework should be based on the principle of first bottom then top, first inside then outside, and first before.

10. For connecting frames of large furniture, the bolts at the connecting positions should leave appropriate room for movement before the entire frame is fully assembled. Do not tighten the fasteners, screws, etc. too tightly. Wait until the entire frame is fully assembled and adjusted for deviation before thoroughly tightening and strengthening.

11. It is prohibited to use an electric drill to tighten screws when installing the hinge of a glass door; Use manual tightening of screws to prevent glass from cracking under excessive pressure; The degree of tightening of the screws should be based on the glass door not being loose, nor should they be too tight.

During the installation process, if it is necessary to step on the components for installation, it should be done barefoot; It is strictly prohibited to place sharp tools on components being assembled or furniture that has already been assembled; It is strictly prohibited to strike furniture components with sharp and hard objects.

When nailing the back board, the nail should be slightly inclined towards the inner side of the board to be nailed in; If furniture components need to be drilled, the position of the drilled hole must be accurately measured with a ruler before drilling to prevent deviation in the hole position. During drilling, a flat wooden board pad should be used on the side where the drill bit is drilled to prevent surface cracking.

After the installation of the product, final adjustments should be made to the gaps, symmetry, etc. in order to achieve the highest installation quality.

When lifting installed furniture, it is necessary to support the bottom plate to lift it, and it is prohibited to only lift the top plate or layers.
