Solid wood: The solid wood we choose has undergone professional drying treatment to ensure a moisture content of less than 13%. However, solid wood is affected by the air humidity in the environment, which poses a risk of deformation and cracking. Encountering solid wood cracking is a normal phenomenon, which is a characteristic of solid wood; In winter, the air is relatively dry, so we can turn on the humidifier at home; When encountering the southward climate in the south, we can close doors and windows tightly to reduce indoor and outdoor air circulation; If you have solid wood cracking at home, you can contact our after-sales colleagues to see how to repair and solve it;

Genuine leather: The leather we use is all cowhide, as there may be mosquito bites, fights, or scratches on the cow's body due to the growth environment. If it is a leather with severe modifications such as lychee patterns or facelift, these marks will be covered up by later processing. If it is a light matte or Napa leather surface with few traces of modification, and it is made from plant tanning, these marks will be more obvious. This is the result of the processing characteristics of the leather surface. Moreover, the skin characteristics of various parts of a cow's body are also different, such as the presence of cow neck markings on the neck; The skin on the belly will be relatively soft. We have tried our best to avoid these parts appearing on the "A" side (seat surface, front of seat, front of backrest, front of armrest, etc.) during production layout;

Fabric: Our fabric is mostly made of cotton and linen, and there is a certain chance of shrinkage when washed. Therefore, it is recommended to use dry cleaning for the fabric cover. Before dry cleaning, use a cotton strip to stick all the hooks on the fabric to avoid surface damage caused by the hooks.

Marble: Marble is a natural material, so each piece of marble is unique. The uncanny craftsmanship of nature endows each stone with a unique texture, including cloud and mist, landscape, snowflake, pattern, and so on. Even some marble textures exhibit crystalline fracture cross-sections, which are actually intact. If you have high requirements for marble, it is recommended to choose the visible physical texture or take photos before shipment to confirm.

Rock Plate: Our rock plates are all made by high-temperature hot pressing, so their hardness is very high, reaching Mohs 7 and heat-resistant to 1200 ℃. At the same time, it is also easy to crack due to its high hardness. So when we use it, we try to avoid hitting hard objects as much as possible;
